A branded self-service payment portal with ACH, cards, direct debit, Autopay and promise-to-pay.

Upflow pricing, as published
No published prices. Four tiers gated by YOUR company's ARR: Discover (free, analytics only), then Grow ($0-10M ARR), Scale ($10-50M) and Strategic ($50M+), all sales-only ("Let's talk").
Third-party estimates put Grow around $440/mo and Scale around $880/mo. These are not Upflow's own numbers.
The free Discover tier is analytics only: you can see your AR data, but you cannot automate any chasing until you are on a paid plan.
A G2 reviewer reports billing counts all invoices, not just the ones you chase.

Sender identity: "customers might find awkward to receive an email from a third party" (a CFO reviewer); another reviewer found reminders perceived as spam due to the different sender address.
"Expensive for Lack of Features" (reviewer Jake G.), who also reported feature requests unfulfilled for 2+ years.
No per-invoice pause of communications, which is a problem when a single invoice is disputed.
